Right After the Treatment
  • You can eat and drink immediately, but try to avoid staining foods and drinks for the next 24 hours (like coffee, tea, curry, soy sauce, or red wine).

  • Your teeth and gums might feel slightly sensitive β€” this is normal and will go away within a day or two.

  • Avoid very hot or very cold drinks if sensitivity occurs.

  • Brush twice daily using a soft toothbrush and gentle circular motions.

  • Floss or use interdental brushes daily to maintain cleanliness between your teeth.

  • If your dentist recommended any specific toothpaste for sensitivity, use it for the next few days.

  • Coffee, tea, red wine, curry, soy sauce

  • Cigarettes or vaping (to avoid re-staining)

  • Strongly colored mouth rinses

It depends on your diet and lifestyle. If you drink a lot of coffee or tea, stains may return sooner. Regular scaling and polishing every 6 months, with Airflow touch-ups when needed, helps maintain your bright, fresh smile.

Reach out to us if you experience:

  • Sensitivity lasting more than 3 days
