Airflow Polishing Aftercare
You can eat and drink immediately, but try to avoid staining foods and drinks for the next 24 hours (like coffee, tea, curry, soy sauce, or red wine).
Your teeth and gums might feel slightly sensitive β this is normal and will go away within a day or two.
Avoid very hot or very cold drinks if sensitivity occurs.
Brush twice daily using a soft toothbrush and gentle circular motions.
Floss or use interdental brushes daily to maintain cleanliness between your teeth.
If your dentist recommended any specific toothpaste for sensitivity, use it for the next few days.
Coffee, tea, red wine, curry, soy sauce
Cigarettes or vaping (to avoid re-staining)
Strongly colored mouth rinses
It depends on your diet and lifestyle. If you drink a lot of coffee or tea, stains may return sooner. Regular scaling and polishing every 6 months, with Airflow touch-ups when needed, helps maintain your bright, fresh smile.
Reach out to us if you experience:
Sensitivity lasting more than 3 days
Gum soreness that doesnβt improve

Airflow Polishing doesnβt whiten your teeth, but it removes surface stains and gives a naturally brighter, smoother finish. Keep up your daily oral care routine and enjoy that clean, polished feeling!
